These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and placement of sales orders. Please read the terms in full before you use this Website and before completing a purchase. Delivery Policy

If goods are tangible, delivery is within one working day of receipt of payment, provided the goods are in stock. If the goods are out of stock the customer will be notified by email of the expected date of dispatch. Delivery within the UK is made by Royal Mail and ParcelForce depending upon the weight. International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International. The cost of delivery is determined by weight. The customer can choose the method of delivery during the checkout process. When the goods are dispatched the customer is notified by email.
If goods are intangible, eg. product key, this will be sent by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. This must be used within one month of receipt, after which time it will expire.

Return/ Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Returns of tangible goods are accepted if returned in unused condition within 7 days of receipt. A refund of the amount paid for the returned goods will be processed to the customer's credit card on receipt of the goods. Postage will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return. The customer may cancel an order prior to dispatch in which case the total payment will be refunded.

Price List

All prices for online goods are displayed clearly beside the goods. Bespoke software prices are available by quotation after the software specification has been agreed between the customer and Cambron Software.
